Itemised billing

Despite calling CS and cancelling my itemised billing, I am STILL being charged for this. Any ideas?

Did you call us before or after your last bill date? 

Does itemised billing show in your My EE app add-ons?

Hello Leanne.

I called BEFORE my last bill.
Yes, itemised billing shows as an add-on in on my bill.
N.B. It was initially cancelled, and refunded as a ‘goodwill payment’ then charged again on the next bill.

I tried calling (twice) but each time I spent 45 minutes plus on hold so gave up.
