I have a iPhone plan that I bought in September last year and I spoke to a upgrade advisor over the phone and I asked if I have a upgrade anytime option and she said yes but when I check online it’s not telling I have it I’m so confused have I been wrongly advised?

@danny19970 are you on a flex tariff. This is a tariff where you pay for your airtime and device via two separate bills.

@danny19970 What does texting UP to 150 report? Or if you login to the app and go to Manage and scroll to the Your Mobile plan box does it show Upgrade Today there? If neither the text or app are mentioning/showing upgrade anytime it, does suggest it is not active on your current plan.
If you check your plan name, Essential Plus, All Rounder or Full Works plans are the ones that would include upgrade anytime. How Can I Upgrade Anytime? | Mobile Help | EE
If your plan should have it but the text and app are not showing it then the best thing to do is give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can investigate to help get it resolved.

@danny19970 A full works iPhone plan should have upgrade anytime as an option and it should not need to be done over the phone, though it can be done that way if preferred.
If it is not showing I would recommend giving us a call on 150 when you get a chance to make sure the upgrade anytime marker is added to the number moving forward. They may need to raise a request for you which should have it added within 72 hours.
