What exactly do these emails say?

Yes I was

Well I had a payment taken out my account and then it was put back in? Maybe it was a default because my contract should be cancelled

@Reuben8  If you was still within the contract term you have to pay off the remaining term of that contract, you can not just terminate and not pay the remaining term as the contract between EE and yourself is for the set period of time that contract is for.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sorry I misunderstood the terminology. I recently started a contract and I had a 30 days notice period in which I could cancel. I have definitely cancelled it

@Reuben8 , how did you cancel it? Did you ring customer service to cancel and give 30 days notice? You would have needed to do that, otherwise your contract will continue.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
