Multiple upgrades at once

I am due upgrades on 3 of the 4 mobile phones I have. Trying to do this online is proving difficult.

I choose the first phone to upgrade and go through the process and it wants me to apply the order for that one phone, setting up the 2 direct debits now for the phone and contract.

But I want to do this for 3 phones and apply them all to the same direct debit. How do I do this?

Welcome to the community

Just to provide some clarification, the plan you are signing up to online will be a Flex pay plan where you have one device loan agreement for the phone and one airtime plan, they do go out in two separate direct debit payments. It is not possible to combine them in one direct debit payment.

I would suggest speaking to customer service, they should be able to put the order through for you. Once you ring them press 2 and it should get you through to someone, who will be able to help.

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. Seems a bit mad I have to call to do this. What's the point of the Internet and having a website. They might as well just leave up a phone number!!
