Apparently I have a third party Block on my account. Although I have UNBAR it. It seems to have but the bar back on

Were you able to fix this? My number had the bar removed from the beginning and suddenly it started refusing me to use pay by bill and no one can explain it or change it...

Did you sorted it out?

What happens exactly when you try and use this service? 

How long ago was the bar removed for you to be able to use this?

Hello. 

 

I was using it since I have my number. First with BT, then after they've combined with EE.  Last week I tried to use it after some time and since then I recieveing this message back: "You are unable to use this service; you have a 3rd party bar. To remove the bar text UNBAR to 150"

When I sent the text UNBAR to 150, the reply is that I don't have any bar applied on my number... 

I talked with the advisor on the live chat, apparently he also removed any bars possibly applied, and that was 2 days ago but still no change at the moment. I don't have any spend cap, or parental control or anything else. Last month I was using it with no issues

I wonder if there is a bar hiding within the background of your account that needs to be double checked by our team @Neeta2001
