I'm trying to change my direct debit details.
The relevent page said I couldn't unless I paid this months bill.
I paid.
It now says I can't because my plan bill is due.
I just want to get the admin done whilst I actually have time to do it. Can any one on this random forum help please?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble updating your Direct Debit details. If you're not able to make any changes, please get in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to access your account, check this further, and help get this sorted.
