Move from Personal to Business Customer

I have recenlty set-up a business and I have been enquiring for 3 weeks with  CS @ 150 to move my account from Personal to Business. On every occasion I enquire there seems to be a reason as to why I cannot do it. Yesterday, I spoke to an advisor which told me there is a waiting list... This seems like a bluff.

What do I need to do to process this change asap?

Thank you for your response.

No further information provided and nobody said they would contact me.

Once again, the same as 2 weeks ago, I was told to get in touch again in 2/3 weeks time...

Have you been speaking with our business support team, @Danothy? They're the team that can get the ball rolling on this for you.

@Christopher_G @Katie_B I have dialled 150 and spoken to the Business Team as well as dialling a direct number given to me through live chat. Both times I have had no luck.

 

Are you able to clarify whether there is a waiting list or an issue or am I just being taken on a merry go round?

Sorry we have no access to check the account and see why this has can not be changed to a business account, if you can try calling us again the team will check the account and let you know if this can be changed for you 🙂

Hi, did you ever get this sorted. I’m in exactly the same situation. I’ve been trying to move from personal to business for months and everytime there’s an excuse as to why it is delayed.  I tried again yesterday and after speaking to around 5 different departments I was promised that the process had Started and an email was being sent for me to confirm the details…. No email has arrived. 
I’m looking to move to another provider and will simply request my number be transferred over, as it seems like the easiest option at this point
