Third party restriction has disconnected my line again

I’ve been cut off again even though my boil isn’t due because of some third party restriction I’ve not put on and I can’t cal services I need for help I’m high risk client with disability’s

To be clear because of this I can’t even phone 159 to sort it so I’m in danger without any help
