Swapping contract to a different account

my brother currently has my phone In his name and I play him monthly for it. Is it possible to put the contract of my phone in my name?

@Shayl98  Your brother will need to call customer services and request a change of ownership.  You’ll need to be present as you’ll have to agree to taking ownership and you’ll also have to pass a credit check. 
If you can not be present then your brother will have to be given a code that he must then give to you so you can call customer service and then give that code so you can then proceed with the process. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You need to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. You will need to pass a credit check. You will then be paying for your own contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for you to quote when you call.
