Hi all, i am looking for some advice. I had lost my job at the end of last October and using my savings to pay bills. I had seen today on EE web site that if you are claiming Job seekers allowance that they would be able to support you with reducing your monthly bill. I have been told that the only thing i could do is cancel my D/D for two months and then contact the claims department where they would put me on an easy price plan, (This would effect my credit score). They state on the EE main web site that if you are claiming Job Seekers, Universal Credit etc that they could reduce your monthly bill to £12 something a month, yet as i am in a contract they have stated that they can't carry this out. So what about the people that take out contracts, loss there jobs and start to claim, where is the support there? Does anyone have any advice they could give me while i am actively looking for work. Thank you in advance.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
The EE Basics | EE Social Mobile Tariff is for new custs.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 now or months previous.
Thanks
