I’ve paid my bill via the app and it’s still showing unpaid

I’ve paid my bill and it’s took the money out of my bank account but as I paid it came up with and error and on the app it says unpaid. Can anyone help.

@Higgi007 your account will take up to 24 hours to update if you wish to speak to customer support you will need to call them.  This is a public forum and there is no account access from here. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Higgi007 As @Chris_B mentioned, it can take up to to 24 hours for your service to be restored.

If you find that your service is still not restored after 24 hours, I'd recommend giving our payment support team a call
