Still charged on my old contract

I was charged for my old contract yesterday, but I’ve now ported my number and switched to a new provider today.

 

Can you confirm whether this payment will be automatically refunded, or do I need to request this? If I need to raise it, please let me know the correct process and who to contact.

@Amandeepk  You’ll be refunded automatically within 7-10 days   The bill was issued before you moved network
