Still being charged for a paired watch

Hi all. I had a paired watch contact which came to an end about 2 months ago. I called EE once my contract ended to cancel this device to ensure it did not renew as I don't use the watch anymore. It appears I'm still being charged for the WiFi plan or some sort of add on to the watch. If I contact EE I'm just told the contract has ended. Can anyone help as I'm going round in circles. Thanks

A WIFI plan would be something different from a paired watch plan. What does it show exactly on your bill for the charge? 

You may have a separate product active on your line/account. 

If you have other products that you're not using and would like to cancel, you may need to contact Customer Care team about the item specifically.
