Have just moved over from BT on the 28th August for both TV and Broadband. Before the end of the day I received the first bill from EE - understandable if you are billed in advance of a period.
However under my bill for TV this is showing Netflix Premium twice, yes I signed up for it but not twice. Any views (is this a first bill 'glitch' that will be fixed / refunded on the second bill?)

There are sometimes occasions when you have a part month charge if a product is added during the bill month, but with the dates the charge was added being two days apart I think it would be best to get in touch with our billing guides so they can access your account and check it over.
