Hi can I ask is my sim a roll over monthly sim that u can cancel anytime?

Welcome to the community. 

If you have a contract SIM, you can check the contract details in the EE app.

You just need to select Manage, then Mobile & SIMs, which will show the plan details and if you are contracted.
