Cancelled subscription yet was charged

 as you can see from the top message that I cancelled the pack, yet I was automatically charged the next day. please look into the matter.

From what I can see on the text you received, the pack for March had already been triggered at the point that you sent the stop message.

This is why it shows that renewal will stop from the 27th of April, so you shouldn't see any more renewals moving forwards.

Can you text balance to 150 or AL to 150, you should then see what you have.
