MOBILE DATA NOT WORKING!!!

Hi, i recently just purchased a £10 pack to renew but its not working. I got a confirmation mail and text but its not working. Can I know what is going on, because this isn't nice. I purchased out of a matter of urgency and now I can't do what I want to do without trying to connect to some random wifi, pretty much uncomfortable. 

I would really appreciate a swift response on this.

If you text AL to 150, does this confirm you have a pack active with a data allowance?
Also what model of phone are you using, and what is happening when you try to get online?
