I have Apple one as a free add on but can’t activate it on my phone. Just keeps telling me I need a subscription for whichever service I try. Why? What have I done? Who did I upset?

Good morning @JV13.
Welcome back to the Community 😊
If you haven't already, can you please go into your phone's settings and select your Apple ID, followed by Subscriptions, then scroll to the bottom of the screen.
You should seen an option here for 'EE Plan Benefits', and if there's anything outstanding linked to your number it should activate here.

@JV13 You say on your phone is that via the EE app or via your Apple account? If it’s via the Apple account your Apple account doesn’t know you have this because of the tariff you have with EE. You need to do this via the EE app under add ons.
