Setup direct debit, 1st time, different unrecognised mobile numbers on bill?

Welcome to the community.

Is this your first bill with EE? Are you porting numbers over from another network? If you are, the temporary numbers you are given are usually shown on the first bill before they are replaced by your existing numbers are moved over.

Thank you, I have now sorted it, you are correct. But I did not find that
explained! But now it is all OK.
I found EE customer service a bit manic!
