Hiya, I had 2 contracts on my account for a mobile for my son and a tablet for my daughter. Prior to Christmas we added a PS5 bundle for £31 a month for 24 months. My sons phone contract was up for renewal and we cancelled it and got him a cheaper deal elsewhere. Prior to this we checked and were told this would not affect the PS5 as we are still EE customers through the tablet. I have today been sent a bill saying I will pay £718 by direct debit which I assume is the remaining cost of the PS5. Can this be changed back to the monthly payment as I cannot afford that amount and am very worried about it. Thank you.

You cannot have an accessory on your a/c unless you also have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE.
