Paid the full amount to close the phone contract, EE sends me a bill two months later with 200 pounds added to the original amount. Am not in the country and calling your customer care will cost me the same amount as the contract. Unable to chat online and your service reps in Canary Wharf are highly incompetent.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @Penkay ,
Welcome to the community,
Unfortunately we have no account access in this public forum and do not know who you are.
If you are not able to ring customer service, I can only advise you to send a letter to find out what is going on:
https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
Why would it cost the same amount to ring them? It should not cost £200 to ring and speak to them, surely.

Paid the full amount of what? Did you cancel your contract by giving 30 days notice? No good just paying w/out cancelling!
