Hi, my account now says I am not upgrade eligible? When just 3 days ago I was allowed to upgrade? Any ideas why?

This happened to me some time ago when I swapped SIM cards.

Online it said I wasn't eligible for an upgrade but when I called up they said their system was showing I could upgrade and have up to 5 lines.

Might be worth calling 150 and speaking with the upgrades team.
