Yesterday I have upgraded my contract to All Rounder which is £10 cheaper than what I had for the last two years. It seems that not all addons are available with it and I can either go with Netflix or Google One. I had TNT and wanted to keep it but now its £20 per month. I would like to know if I can revert back to my old contract and let it lapse but be able to keep TNT (still £10 better off each month) or since I am with the company for 20 years, can have tnt addon for a discounted price or free?

Hi @sfeter
Thanks for coming to the community.
Our plans have changed now, so you'd only get the TNT Sports inclusive benefit with our Full Works or Full Works for iPhone plan.
Did you upgrade online, over the phone or in one of our stores? If it was online or over the phone, you can request to cancel the plan, which will refer you to your previous plan. You can then stay on your old plan or look at the options for the Full Works plans.
There is more on cancelling the plan on our Return a mobile device or SIM bought within the last 14 days help page.

If it was through the app, you'd be able to request to cancel the plan using the link above and then either stay on the old plan or change to a Full Works plan.
