i am logged into the ee app yet when i go to manage > settings the parental controls says 13+ and i am not able to change it as it says “these settings are managed by the bill payer” however with my contract there are two phones on it and neither of them can change or access these settings, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you'd like to change the bill payer, you'd just need to give us a call and speak to a guide; They can then change the bill payer and your parental controls.
