Registering Power of Attorney

Hi.

My Sister has an EE contract for her phone and broadband, but she has dementia which has worsened over the last 6 months, and is now in a care home. I have Power of Attorney and need to register it with you so I can take over management of her accounts. How do I register the power of attorney with you?
