- hey, I’m an old customer in ee, so when my contract ends all the data in the app got deleted I don’t know why. The think is I purchased an Iphone 13 pro max before, the screen got broken down and apple store people asking for invoice of the mobile purchage in order to change my screen. Without bill I have to pay 300£ which I don’t wannna do it. If you could help me in any way to retrieve that invoice that would be great thanks

@Preetham156 Are you still a customer of EE ? If you are do you have insurance for that device with EE ?
