My data is not working and I’ve been trying to contact you to fix the issue but there was an error that I kept saying getting when I tried to reach out. At the point since I’m not able to use the EE sim I would like a full refund to the credit card

Have you checked EE network status checker?

Alternatively you will need to speak to EE CS on 150 or via your account and live chat. There is no customer account access on these forums.
