@Dentalnurse12  Are you an EE customer?  If not you need to report this to your bank.   If you are a EE customer you need to call customer support to inquire what this is about.   Nothing can be done about this from here as this is a public forum and no one here’s knows who you are or what this payment is about.

As @Chris_B says, report it to your bank. If you are not an EE/BT customer, then it's fraud. Your bank will hopefully refund it, and may need to replace your card.
