My S22 ultra battery had gone pop and now I dont have a phone so I wish to change provider but not happy with paying for 30 days when I wont have the sim and I dont have the phone now it says I getting charged £398 till August 12/24 can you help please

Is your EE contract due to end August 12th 2024?

If yes, this charge will be your early termination fee for leaving the contract early. 

You can continue to use your services on your EE SIM if you have another phone available.
