Subject: Request to Change Contract to Pay-As-You-Go and Sim Card Delivery
Dear [EE Company],
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a change in my current contract from a monthly plan to a pay-as-you-go plan. My mobile number is XXXXX XXX XXX. Additionally, I would also appreciate it if you could kindly send a new SIM card to the following address: XXXXXXX, XXX XXX.
I would be grateful if you could process these requests at your earliest convenience and confirm the changes made. If there are any necessary steps that I need to follow to complete this process, please do not hesitate to inform me.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance and a smooth transition to a pay-as-you-go plan.
Best regards,
Deeman

You have not emailed EE CS, merely posted on a user discussion forum - including personal details that are an open invitation to spammers and should be removed ASAP.
You need to contact EE CS on 150 to request a 30day cancellation, and migration to PAYG rather than disconnection.

@Kosrat1982 If you’ve not reached your minimum term you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of your contract.
