I ordered my Sim over two months ago and still not Received it, but been charged for every month

I’m sorry to hear you’ve not received the replacement SIM that was ordered two months ago.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check the order on your account, make sure everything is correct and arrange a new SIM to be sent out.
