Stolen Phone lost Pay and go Number

Dear EE Customer Service,

I am currently abroad and have unfortunately lost my EE SIM card. As a result, I am unable to access my account because I cannot complete the two-factor authentication required to log in.

Additionally, I’m unable to call EE customer service from my current location, and I have not been able to find a way to contact support via live chat to request a replacement SIM.

Could you please advise on how I can regain access to my account and arrange for a replacement SIM card?

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Jamie O'Neill

There's no Live Chat for PAYG.

You need to phone CS (this isn't it) to report loss. They will block it and send replacement SIM to your UK home address.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I don't have a UK address that's the problem, I need the number for whatssap and al the 2fa.

Thank you for the helpful solution but I don't know what all that means

"ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP"

Ignore it. It's no concern of yours.

Even if you could phone CS they would never send a SIM overseas.
