Stolen Phone lost Pay and go Number

Dear EE Customer Service,

I am currently abroad and have unfortunately lost my EE SIM card. As a result, I am unable to access my account because I cannot complete the two-factor authentication required to log in.

Additionally, I’m unable to call EE customer service from my current location, and I have not been able to find a way to contact support via live chat to request a replacement SIM.

Could you please advise on how I can regain access to my account and arrange for a replacement SIM card?

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Jamie

It has all my two factor authentications to my banks and apps, with only my uncle whos a stranger to tech. I can't fly back just for a sim card it's to expensive. Surely with the ID verification process these days there's a way to activate and send or turn the number into a contract and have it sent that way.

Your options currently are very limited but the overriding factor is that EE will not send anything abroad.

From what you have stated there is nothing that can be done until you get access to a device that enables you to ring the UK. You may have to go to the nearest UK Consulate to expedite matters in advising EE of the situation but you will still have the sim delivered to your UK address .Couldn't you could tell your uncle (if he has access) to just post the sim to you?

@Conrad1961, his uncle would still need to activate the SIM card and used it to make a chargeable call or text before sending it to him.
