Stolen Phone lost Pay and go Number

Dear EE Customer Service,

I am currently abroad and have unfortunately lost my EE SIM card. As a result, I am unable to access my account because I cannot complete the two-factor authentication required to log in.

Additionally, I’m unable to call EE customer service from my current location, and I have not been able to find a way to contact support via live chat to request a replacement SIM.

Could you please advise on how I can regain access to my account and arrange for a replacement SIM card?

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Jamie

There's no Live Chat for PAYG.

You need to phone CS (this isn't it) to report loss. They will block it and send replacement SIM to your UK home address.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ignore it. It's no concern of yours.

Even if you could phone CS they would never send a SIM overseas.

Morning @JamieOn

Thanks for coming to the community.

As @XRaySpeX has advised you would need to call us to get the SIM blocked and a new SIM sent to a UK address. I'm sorry we are unable to send SIM card's to a non UK address.

Full details can be found in our How Do I Swap My SIM or Get a New SIM? page.

Leanne.

I'm curious, but how did you lose your SIM abroad?

@ee_user14 , the OP probably took the SIM card out of his phone in order to use one from the country he is in, I suspect, but I do agree, how can you lose the SIM card if you do not take it out of the device, unless he also lost his phone or had it stolen.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

My phone was stolen

@JamieOn , have you reported it, to get it blacklisted, so that no one can use your phone or SIM card?

Once that is done, EE can send you a replacement SIM card to your home address in the UK, which you will have registered with EE.
