I have always been charged extra money by EE unknowingly that my child has been purchasing google apps not until I was charged a huge amount of 297 in the month of may 2025. I really need a refund.

I have tried to contact google play several times but I have failed to connect with them. I really need the money back. Thanks

Do you possibly have another Google account that is also set to bill through EE?

You may need to contact Google directly or help with identifying which google account the purchases were made on.
