I have always been charged extra money by EE unknowingly that my child has been purchasing google apps not until I was charged a huge amount of 297 in the month of may 2025. I really need a refund.

You can usually find out what the charges were for by going into the Playstore app > click on your profile icon on the top right > Payments and subscriptions > History.
Once you're here you can see a list of all the purchases made, as well as being able to set a limit on any future purchases.
As @Chris_B mentioned, the charges are from a 3rd party, just that you, or whoever was using your phone, selected to pay for the charges through the mobile bill. You can find out more at Charge purchases to your EE Mobile bill, where you can also find steps on how to switch this off.
We understand it can be distressing to have additional unexpected charges on your bill. If you don't want to use Charge to Bill, just text the word 'BAR' to 150 or contact us by phone and we will add a bar to your number so you can't charge online purchases to it.
