Hi I want to set a payment plan up for the balance  and cancel the contact i got left and that I would like to start 10th of Nov and what is the balance

@Leekel86 : If you're having difficulty paying your bill you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

repayment plan won't cancel your contract, just spread your payments so you can afford them.

@Leekel86  If you want to terminate the contract you’ll have to pay off that contract in full with a 4% reduction on the remaining amount.  There is no such thing as terminating, and then paying off the remaining balance until paid as you’re paying it off each month anyway until the minimum term date. 

But as @XRaySpeX has put follow his advice if your having payments issues with that contact.
