Are you wanting to upgrade with a new phone included or just a sim only contract?
Have you clicked on shop and taken a look there?
When customer service opens in the morning, you are welcome to speak to them, it took only about 10 minutes for me to speak to a customer service representative.

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't getting any available plans. There could be a few reasons for this, but I would recommend calling our Mobile Care team so that they can check it manually for you.
