Hiya, I,m currently on a plan that's costing about £8.50 Sim only, I've had a letter saying 3G will no longer be supported. I've tried ringing 150 nightmare as I keep going round in circles...what team do I need to speak to do you suggest please.
I know you can change plan on line but the cost is around double what I'm currently paying so would like to negotiate a lower price if possible....cheers
Your best bet is to ring customer service, as they may be able to offer you a better deal and a cheaper one. Unfortunately 3G is being switched off and in the future so will 2G, you still have time to do this, ring customer service, press the one for mobile and then for upgrades, they should be able to help.

Hiya, I received a letter to change plan as 3G no longer supported, I'm currently only paying around £8.50pm on a Sim only contract, I know you can change the plan on line but the only options are more than double the price. I even called in the EE shop and they told me to ring 150 but it's so hard to get through and I keep ending up back at the beginning....what is the best dept to speak to please?

@SueH10 , it is the one for mobile and upgrades. You still have time to do it, they are not switching off at present, but will do in the future. Best time could be first thing when they open. I am a customer like you and like most of us here.

Yes, appreciate that...I'm just after advice on who to speak to...is it Billing or technical support or one of the other options on 150 as when you go through the motions I always seem to get directed to....'you can do this on-line' which I can't I want to speak to someone...:-)

Hi, I phoned 150, then chose option 3 which takes you to technical queries, then option 4 which lets you speak to somebody about 'anything else'. Thanks🙂
