I ordered the google pixel 9 xl in obsidian a week ago today to be delivered to a store , I’ve received an order number I can track which hasn’t changed once and the only correspondence apart from that has been the direct debit confirmation for the device and the monthly plan, does anyone know how long I should be expecting to wait?

Hi, I went in 2 days ago and they said they hadn’t had it yet, would I not be notified if it had been dispatched to the store? Either by ee or dpd? I just thought I’d have had some sort of contact

@Rj1994 , yes you should have received notification that it has been delivered to the store or dispatched.
You could always ring customer service to see what is going on.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if there is anything there.

I’ve checked my spam but no luck, would you happen to know which options to pick when I call up? None of the automated options seem right

Was this order for a totally brand new contract, or was it an upgrade to an existing number?
Also please don't post this in public, but did you get an order reference number when you placed the order, starting with XK?

@Rj1994 This model is showing as in stock at the moment, so I doubt this has caused any issues with the delivery timescales.
I'm going to pop you over a private message momentarily with a few more details on how we can get this checked out.
