Hi,

I'm an ex employee who purchased an iPad Pro on contract 4 years ago and have damaged it. I need to get proof of purchase from EE so I can make a claim on my banks insurance but no one can find any history of the iPad on my account ever. Please help as I think it’s crazy that I was paying £50 a month for 2 years and you can’t find any history of it!

Call many time they never send the proof of purchase. Third class staff

Did they confirm we have the right email address for you?

3 days ago i call them and before that week as well i call ee and they told me to we send it to your email and it’s been 12 days I didn’t get proof of purchase

@Kartik15 Have you double checked your spam/junk/promotions folders in case the e-mail has ended up there? If a proof of purchase is sent by e-mail  it should arrive pretty much immediately. If it is not coming through at all it would suggest an incorrect e-mail address may be being entered by the guide when you call.

If it is not in any other folder, please give us a call on 150 to double check the e-mail it has been sent to and retry sending it when on the call.

I doubel check in spam and all other folders and I verified my email address 4 times but still I didn’t receive any email from you.
