Hi,
I'm an ex employee who purchased an iPad Pro on contract 4 years ago and have damaged it. I need to get proof of purchase from EE so I can make a claim on my banks insurance but no one can find any history of the iPad on my account ever. Please help as I think it’s crazy that I was paying £50 a month for 2 years and you can’t find any history of it!
