I understand that I can submit a V-code to register a power of attorney rather than sending in the document.

Please could you let me know who I need to send the code to?

You can register a Lasting Power of Attorney with us using an access code from the GOV.UK website for LPAs registered on or after 1 September 2019.

If you give our Customer Support team a call with your code, they’ll connect you with our Life Events team, who'll be able to help get this sorted.
