Just tried to do this over the phone to be told EE do not accept them over the phone and you need to send a scanned version of the LPA in. A couple of weeks previously I was told that I could and some one would call me to do it but then never called, I assume it was because they were then told they could not accept it this way.

I'm so sorry if there has been any confusion with getting this in place.
Our Customer Service team should have given you the information on where to send your proofs, along with your contact information, and details of the account this is for. This should be sent to our Life Events team directly, and then they'll get back in touch as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
