How daft is it that you can only remove paper billing by having to phone 150. Surely this is just a basic instruction. ?

It is becase you pay for the service. That is why you need to call.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've just called them.. and theyve sent me a text to deal with their new interactive service.. and yet I cant just do it on the website - nuts!!!
