Lately i have been getting messages that my payments have been declined, i have 2 payments. One for my device and one for my airtime plan. Yet when i check the account everything is fine,i have had issues with the payments. But i managed to sort it out with the bank. doe's anyone know what this is? and is it worth taking a screen shot of it and let my local EE store know. Because it my worry other customers when they see these messages.

@ChrisB93 : It could be a scam. What is the wording of the msg obscuring your personal details?
Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, it does sound very suspicious.
I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can confirm if there are any missed payments for you.

I have already been to see the guides in my local store, and they tell me that everything is fine. I am just trying to catch the message again so i can go back to show them what i am recieving.
