Messages about unpaid bill.

Lately i have been getting messages that my payments have been declined, i have 2 payments.  One for my device and one for my airtime plan.  Yet when i check the account everything is fine,i have had issues with the payments.  But i managed to sort it out with the bank.  doe's anyone know what this is? and is it worth taking a screen shot of it and let my local EE store know.  Because it my worry other customers when they see these messages.

@ChrisB93 Glad to hear the guides you spoke to confirmed everything was fine with your account and payments. If you do get the message again please feel free to post it on the community and we should be able to advise if its a legitimate one.

@ChrisB93 : It could be a scam. What is the wording of the msg obscuring your personal details?

Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, it does sound very suspicious.

I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can confirm if there are any missed payments for you.

I have already been to see the guides in my local store, and they tell me that everything is fine.   I am just trying to catch the message again so i can go back to show them what i am recieving.
