Poor service customer service

Here is my experience. 

24month plan on sim out of contract Feb 24, Flex payment for the phone 12 months left.

Several calls to try to reduce/better deal on the sim plan failed after being cut off by the operator multiple times (don't want to upgrade.. Like to pay less) guess no commission would be earns from this.

Again today got cut off whilst on hold.

Called back to be told it won't let us do it and someone will call back.

When ? Don't know.

There is some good deals for existing customers reducing payments but unable and dissapointed 2 weeks later I'm still trying to  fine someone to sort this out.

I am sorry to hear your calls have dropped, this is not the experience we would want our customers to have.

I would recommend waiting for the agent to give you a call back.
