Still being charged when contract ended.

I got a WiFi device back in 2021 and the contract ended last year 2023. I asked them to cancel it as I no longer needed the wifi device. 

They canceled it. But now I've noticed it's still on my bill and I'm being charged £9 a month.

I don't understand why it's still on my bill ?

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure why it would still be on there, if you've asked for it to be cancelled. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account for you.
