I tried paying my bill but it won’t go through but now I have pending transaction how can cancel the pending transaction

Thanks for coming to the community.
If the payment didn't go through, it won't be something that we will have taken.
It would be pending with the bank as the payment was attempted, and as it won't be taken, it would be returned to the bank balance usually within 7-10 days.
