I would like to know why i am still paying a phone bill when you are no longer my provider.

@Belsfield21 : Did you move to your new provider using a PAC or STAC from EE?

@Belsfield21 Did you give notice to terminate that contract? A contract doesn’t just end at the minimum term otherwise you could be cut off when you need the device to make a call you could even be outside the UK when that could happen. Your contract changed to a 30 day rolling contract until you give notice to terminate.
